Government-Industry Round Table in Beijing

By invitation, Director General David Webber made a presentation at a Government-Industry Round Table on the policies relating to why self-care and responsible self-medication is so important to healthcare in China. The meeting was attended by some 100 delegates including many representing different State departments. Recent medical reforms in China have importance to self-care, and China has a major opportunity and need to reduce dependence on hospital visits as the patient's first point of contact with the healthcare system. |
