Venezuela Forum on Information, Promotion and Advertising of Medicines at the Service of Health

In support of Venezuelan Association CAMESIP and Latin American Regional Association ILAR, WSMI was pleased to contribute to a discussion forum in Caracas. Self-care and self-medication is well recognised and practiced in Venezuela, with good relations between all stakeholders. Nevertheless in a discussion forum on information, promotion and advertising of OTC medicines, opportunities were identified to improve the labelling of nonprescription products, and to discuss with the regulatory authorities the opportunities for a post-publication control of advertising. |
