Bangkok Regional Meeting

Representatives of self-medication industry associations from China, Japan, Malaysia and Thaïland met in Bangkok on February 16, 2008 to discuss the creation of an Asia-Pacific regional association representing the nonprescription sector. JSMI, the Japanese Self-Medication Industry association, has been leading this project which now needs support from the majority of the associations of the region. WSMI was pleased to have also taken part to this meeting and will continue to support the development of the nonprescription sector in the Asia-Pacific region.
