The World Self-Medication Industry (WSMI) Board has great pleasure in announcing that Mr Seiichi Sato, President and CEO of Sato Pharmaceutical, has taken over as WSMI Vice-Chairman for the Asia Pacific Region. He succeeds Dr Seung-Pil Yu, Chairman and CEO of Yuyu Inc, whom we would like to warmly thank for his many years of support as Vice Chairman. Dr Yu will remain on the WSMI Board. Under Mr Sato's guidance, WSMI will continue to support the development of the OTC sector in the region, for the benefit of patients, consumers and healthcare systems generally. We also take this special opportunity to wish Sato Pharmaceutical every success as the company is celebrating a historic milestone of 90 years existence.
