WSMI supports local association ABIMIP in Brazil.

At the request of the local member association, WSMI Director-General Dr David Webber presented to a conference for the Federal government in Brazilia on 27 November 2003.

The conference was designed to share current thinking and global developments in responsible medication and discuss issues particular to Brazilian patients and consumers. In his introductory presentation Dr Webber reviewed the developments in responsible self-medication that have occurred around the world during 2003.
