French Association Head Honoured

On April 8 2004, the head of the French Association AFIPA was invested as ‘Chevalier dans l'Ordre National de la Legion d'Honneur’. The official speech and medal giving was made by Mr Jean Marmot, Président de Chambre à la Cour des Comptes. WSMI was pleased to be represented by Virginie Boisard, Information and Communication Manager, at the investiture and extends the congratulations of all WSMI Members to Mr Patrick Block.
